By using the SkrisT platform (skrist.com), operated by reDevicer UAB, you agree to these terms of use.
1. General
SkrisT is a drone community, marketplace, and services platform for adult users. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account secure. You may not use another person's account or register with false information.
3. Listings and services
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of listing content and photos. Stolen goods, illegal content, misleading information, and unlawful products are prohibited.
4. Transactions
Buyers and sellers connect through the platform and agree deal terms independently. SkrisT is not a party to transactions between users.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for your activity on the platform: messages, forum posts, listings, and transactions. Harassment, malware, and attempts to compromise system security are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The SkrisT brand, design, and software belong to reDevicer UAB. By posting content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it for platform purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
SkrisT is an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and are not liable for product quality, delivery, or user conduct except where mandatory law applies.
