In Česku, as across the EU, UAS operator registration is mandatory if:
- The UAS has a camera (except toy category), or
- The UAS weighs more than 250 g
Open category subcategories (A1, A2, A3) define where and how you may fly. Specific category requires additional authorisation. Check Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic for national procedures.
